(2003 Honda CRV - No heat and oil leak issue) Honestly from the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, to a few short hours later after I dropped my car off, it was fixed! It's important to note that not all things can be identified and repaired that quickly. What was most impressive was that he kept his word, delivery time and repair cost. Albeit unforeseen things can happen, regardless I truly believe he is an honest and dependable person and a man of his word. I've used other mechanics in the surrounding New Lenox area for years that were "recommended". All I can say is that John was very understanding and moreover accommodating in getting my vehicle back on the road quickly! Glenn"
