First time here. Will def return. Communication was easy, didn't have to chase anyone down, turn over was 1 day, price is fair. Really don't know how it could have been better.

On 2/20/2026 Michael Bochenek had this to say:
This is my 4th time having John at ProMechanics repair my cars. One time for my son, 2 repairs for my daughter’s cars and now for our 2012 gmc terrain. All repairs have been completed successfully the first time. If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced and professional shop, look no further. I highly recommend ProMechanics. I had to pull out terrain out of another shop due to lack of professionalism and knowledge of car repair and outrageously expensive estimate. I only brought terrain there due to convenience of location. If I could have, I would have brought it to ProMechanics the first time. With John, I received an accurate fair estimate the same day and after the first inspection. That’s how auto repair shops should do business. I have and always will recommend my friends go to ProMechanics for service. Thank you John!

Highly recommend! John is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and he gets work done on my cars super fast. Grateful to have such a great mechanic.

He does the best job on everything we’ve brought to him. Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround time
